The staff was amazingly friendly. the hotel was placed within 5 km of the airport. - We had a very lovely stay, and everything was perfect.

I got the grand deluxe suite, it was elegant and a nice size.

Fancy hotel, sensational breakfast with variety of choice, top location to the busiest area. Great bed, a nice size and well-equipped room with a view of garden. Location next to restaurants, bars, and Chaweng beach and perfect atmosphere.

This venue is a peaceful and elegant place with attentive staff, located next to Paris Follies Cabaret, just a 10-minute drive from the airport and close to the lively nightlife area.

quiet and comfortable hotel .. the whole is surrounded by a ... good-natured staff ... peace and quiet ... and nearby there is entertainment which is very convenient .... delicious cooked in a restaurant тихий уютный отель.. весь утопает в зелени... добродушный персонал... тишина и спокойствие ... и неподалеку от отеля есть развлечения что очень удобно....вкусно готовят в ресторане

Complaints to the hotel is not ... just when the tide the sea is not deep .. but in fact it does not spoil the experience and enjoyment of leisure жалоб именно на отель нет... просто когда отлив море не глубокое.. но на самом деле это не портит впечатления и удовольствия от отдыха

Our room was fantastic - spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The Hotel itself is in a great location on Chaweng beach but, once you're inside, it's so secluded and quiet ... incredibly peaceful!

staff very sweet and helpful, food via room service and restaurant very tasty and reasonably priced, this is a really good resort for kicking back by the pool or on the beach and relaxing, though you are still close enough to all the action of chaweng within a short walk

the bed was extremely hard (though as I found out throughout my trip this was common to all hotel beds in Thailand!). The Booked.net website says that you don't need to pay til you get there, however we had a week booked at the hotel and they contacted me a week or so prior to pay for it in full to hold the booking. This is a good hotel nontheless and when we went back through samui after being on the islands we chose to stay here another night

The mosquitoes are huge......thats about it.

Spacious and comfy room, gives off chill vibes. They serve up a delicious and varied breakfast spread. Awesome spot close to the beach, super convenient for exploring ⛱️.

The location and the hotel concept are outstanding. Traditional Thai hospitality and kindness are as in any other resort in Thailand. The path from the receiption desk to the beach thanks to architect is a real piece of authentic "jungle design". Recommended!

Staff must be trained better

The gyn is very basic... Alot of mosqituos bites.

Enjoyed my stay at the resort. The floral garlands were a nice touch, and the Lare Lae Restaurant served delicious Thai and international dishes. The free form pool was the perfect spot to relax.

Oh, and let's not forget the gym. it was pretty much a joke.

I liked the Resort in General, the staff are extra friendly very competent the rooms were clean and luxurious the beach is nice and the location of the hotel is perfect as it is very close to Chaweng road and all the restaurants pubs etc I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice rooms, nice beachside, beautiful and green surroundings

Internet (wifi) was really bad, not working or continuously had to log in again and again. There were also many many mosquitos (even at daytime), of course due to natural surroundings but also a lot of still standing water in the garden. It was a nuisance to me.
